We have a requirement to have the HR Org structure replicated from ECC to SRM system. This applies to countries that are a part of SAP HR.
At the same time there are few countries that are not a part of SAP HR Organization structure.
Is it possible to replicate the HR Organization structure to SRM and also continue to setup up synchronization jobs between HR and SRM for the countries that exist in SAP HR, while create / maintain Org unit manually in that same SRM org structure for the countries that are not a part of SAP HR.
Will the scheduled Replication job (PFAL) overwrite the parts of org structure that were manually maintained in SRM?
If this is possible to achieve this functionality, what will be the risk?
