Hi Team,
I am doing DR setup ,the restore process done successfully and log apply is also happening .but after 500 log what i am seeing /sapdb is 100% full but before 2-5 log it was only 20% full. after checking internally i found one file /sapdb/data/wrk/<SID>/knldump size increased to 7.8 GB ,due to this my log apply got failed . so please help me how can i solve this issue.

From posted information it seems that the database was crashed or shutdown.
Please update the thread with additional information:
-> What is the version of your database?
-> What is the OS of the database server?
-> Please check & post the errors from KnlMsg or KnlMsgArchive < or knldiag/knldiag.err, if the database version is 7.6 or lower >.
-> Are you SAP customer?

I have resolved the issue by following below steps...
first i moved the knldump file to new location and then apply log from dbmcli mode.
now it is working fine but i did not under stand the root cause for this.why the knldump file created with 7.6GB size and i got many recovery20897768xx.bad in this path /sapdb/data/wrk/<DBSID>/ why?
please tell me why there file created.

What is the OS of the database server?Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4
