No Phrases assigned to Phrase Set - CBIH82

Dear All,

I have created phrae, phrase set and assigned phrase to phrase set too... But i am not gettng my list of phrase set in "Injury/Illness" tab in transaction CBIH82 person involved "more details".

Kindly suggest me your ideas to fix this.

HI Hari,

If you are dealing with Injury/Illness tab,

Then go to the transaction CGAB

Select Table/ structure fields

Select "CCIHT_IPEVINJ"

double click on that. whatever the phrase set you have created, it must be maintained as a phrase set here.

After that run the transaction CGCZ (match up master data) to match up the data.

phrases should present after all the above activity.

I am facing same issue no phrase are assigned to phrase set.

I perform the same activities, as said above.But still getting an error.

Please help me to resolved this. It is some thing urgent basis.

Hi Sharma,

Apply S Note as suggested above with pre requisties corrections as mentioned in notes.

Dear Hari,

Hope you are well.

My customer ask me for one report having (Security Site Inspection Report).I have 12 sub types points which is given below

1. Fire Hazzard,       YES / NO

2. Safety Hazzard   YES / NO

3. Vehicle Accident YES / NO

4. Incident              YES / NO

So where i can define these sub types in the system ??

Now We Have 20 plants.

Plant              Details of Hazzard               Recomendations          Remarks

1   

Now for Plant1: we have Fire Hazzard as well Safety Hazzard.

So i will be writing this as given below:

Plant              Details of Hazzard               Recomendations              Remarks

1                   1 and 2                              xyz                     xyz

Please provide some inputs to solved this issue.
