I'm trying to define and activate Category fields in Create Incident screen.
But in Create Incident screen, the Category fields (4 levels) are still disabled....
Could you advise what should I do more?

Please run crm_ui tcode login to solution manager and check personalize -> personalize settings-> and mark 'Show key in dropdown lists'.
Than go to cat. schema and double check if your transaction type (SMIV or ZMIV) is in application area.
