Hi ,
I'm trying to define and activate Category fields in Create Incident screen.
I already defined and released a categorization schema. The schema is already assigned to Application Area: Service Request/Incident.
But in Create Incident screen, the Category fields (4 levels) are still disabled....
Could you advise what should I do more?

Please run crm_ui tcode login to solution manager and check personalize -> personalize settings-> and mark 'Show key in dropdown lists'.
Than go to cat. schema and double check if your transaction type (SMIV or ZMIV) is in application area.
On the print screen search: categorzations schemas underlined schema ID has status relased should have active. Please aslo follow the guide https://websmp210.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000514562011E.PDF
