SolMan 7.1 - Categories are disabled

Hi ,


I'm trying to define and activate Category fields in Create Incident screen.


I already defined and released a categorization schema. The schema is already assigned to Application Area: Service Request/Incident.Released Schema.png

But in Create Incident screen, the Category fields (4 levels) are still disabled....

Could you advise what should I do more?
