Hi,
Is it possible to add offsets to dynamic date selections in BPM monitors?
For example, I want to select the current year data on GJAHR from BKPF: would $TODAY+0(4) work?
If not, is there a variable that holds the current year?
Thks,
William

Hi William,
There is a currentDate expression and several expressions to extract parts of a date in the built-in mapping functions in the expression editor. For instance, you can use the expression editor if you use the expression option to define a deadline date, or if you want to calculate the date in a mapping between the process and task.
The current date is derived from the J2EE server of course. If you wish to derive a date from BKPF you would need to either include an automated step to extract the date from your ECC system or pass it in as part of the inputs of the BPM Process Start event, e.g. via a ABAP Proxy call to trigger the BPM Process.
Regards,
Jocelyn
