How Sales Policy works in Sales & Distribution

Hi,

Does anyone know where you define sales polices in SD. My scenario is as below

Customer, material.  Policy table needs to say 'yes' or 'no' to indicate if customer is allowed to order this product.

Any help is greatly appreaciated.

Hi Ali,

here is a quick answer to your question, hope it covers your needs!

Customer-specific Material Determination may be maintained in the Mustomer Master Data.

(Create Condition Record / Maintain Customer Material Record).

Materials may be even added automatically to your new sales order without an order quantity to have a full view on possible materials for the respective customer.
