Hi all
I have a page with some graphs that has vertical scrollbars.
When I use the regular print button I get only print screen functionality without the section in the hidden part of the page (scroll bar)
Is it possible to print the whole page?

Hi Shlomi,
Printing Table with variable length is problematic.
there is an option to print the data from the excel.
http://centigonsolutions.com/ provide a cheap solution of printing the data from excel (CSV Connector).
the pros are that the entire data is exported, the cons are that the design is lost,
hope it helps,
Roman

Hi,
The print button in the Dashboards captures the same image of the dashboard that is available on the screen. One way out of this may be to use print screen to capture first part of the dashboard - save it in a document - then take another screen shot with scrolled part of the dashboard and again save it in a document file(say).

Abhishek

Hi,
Thanks for the answer,
But i was looking for a more slick solution, can be as an add-on as well
I don't expect my users to print by exporting parts of the document to Word and printing
I want to find a way that the will be able to print with one click of a mouse
and if necessary the page will automatically break into several pages.

Hi Shlomi,
In that case I would suggest you remove the scroll bars by canvas resizing as suggested by SAP NOTE1407466 -> Change the properties specific to the Print Button component, Print Button -> Properties -> Behavior -> Common -> Print Scale, choose Scale to 100% (please enter 100% in text box).
In case you do not want to use the above approach you can check this add-on for printing:
http://datasavvytools.com/products/sap-tools/dashboard-printer
Here you might need to test if you are able to select the graphs in the hidden region[scroll] and then give a printout.

Abhishek
Hi Abhishek,
Thanks for your idea.
Is it possible to change that property dynamically?
Because I want the scroll bar to appear when the user is viewing the page,
I just need them do disappear when printing.
As to dashboard printer, I've downloaded there tool yesterday, but it doesn't seem to solve my issue.
I've sent them a message but didn't get any reply yet.
Regards
Shlomi
