Accounting data for material (XXXXX) plant (XXXX) not maintained

Dear All,

As we are working in Textile industries . we are planning to E-Commerce  and created a new plant  in SAP. We need to move the Stock from one plant to another plant for this we are using production orders to convert box to pieces by using Recursive BOM, while doing Costing Sheet , we are facing the below error

Accounting data for material (XXXXX) plant (XXXX)  not maintained. Costing not possible. Message no. /AFS/COPC103

Hi Krishna,

Pls check setting as per below.

1)     Group Together Valuation Areas - OMWD-  pls check you have assign valuation area to valuation     grouping code. if not than assign it.

2) Check OBYC - Trasnaction GBB- BSX- And PRD (PRG- if material ledger activate)

3) check accounting view 1 whether valuation class enter in material master or not.

4) check cost component structure (oktz)

ya its maintained , We are running the Costing sheet (CK40N) in Billing plant to convert material Boxes to pieces.

Hi Krishna

Please check Account determination OBYC for Transaction Key PRD, General modifier  PRF and maintain GL account for valuation class of the material.

We have maintained valuation class in material master for the same material but also we are facing the same problem.

Please check accounting view for that particular material is maintained or not. If not then maintain it with valuation class.
