One Step STO Delivery complete indicator not setting automatically

Hi Gurus-

We have One step stock transfer and GI=GR (no in transit) and the under

delivery tolerance is 99.9%. This should set the delivery completed flag automatically according to the logic.

But it is not setting this up.

Can you please guide me what I'm doing wrong.

My configuration is such that it should consider under delivery tolerance

and set the delivery complete indicator automatically after the goods

issue if it falls within under delivery tolerance.

Say,

My STO quantity is 10, created delivery for 10 but did the Goods issue

(changed delivery quantity to 5) for 5. Underdelivery tolerance is 99.9%.

It should set the "Delivery Complete" indicator automatically as soon asI do the goods issue but it is not setting.

In which cases does the system automatically set ELIKZ in stock

transport orders?

Answer:

ELIKZ will be set at the goods receipt stage automatically, if the GI =

GR quantity. This behaviour applies to intra-company stock transport

orders and cross-company stock transport orders. See note 196280.

With stock transport orders the 'delivery completed' indicator is only

relevant when there is no stock in transit The tolerance quantities fromthe purchase order are not taken into account.(see note 34737).

What value do you have in the field KZTLF Part.Del./Item ?

if is blank, then you allow in general partial deliveries,

Did you activate the tolerance check for compbination of supplying plant and receiving plant?

in OLME > purchase order > Set up Stock Transport Order > Assign Document Type, One-Step Procedure, Underdelivery Tolerance

With this setting SAP will update EGLKZ final delivery indicator which is next to the delivery complete indicator in your PO.

Thanks for your prompt reply. We have KZTLF set as B and also the configuration is there for OLME > purchase order > Set up Stock Transport Order > Assign Document Type, One-Step Procedure, Underdelivery Tolerance.

I have the final delivery indicator set as checked.

But the issue is when I do the goods issue (one step 647 out of DC and 101 at the plant at the same time), the "Delivery Complete" indicator is not set although my Under delivery tolerance is set as 99.9%

According to the config document and SAP config it should set that flag as Delivery comepleted. I'm confused.

Hi Jurgen-

Thanks again. I looked at the note but it requires another Z_SET_ELIKZ3 program to run. It does not set the delivery complete flag through the same processing program.

Am I right in saying? Is that my only option to schedule this utility to set the flag in production system in every hour?
