Hi Anil,
Kindly check with the BASIS team whether the Printer is locked or open.
Alternate way: Convert spool to PDF using RSTXPDFT4.
Then Print the PDF Docs saved.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Amit

Hi,
What is the Access method that you have chosen for your printer?. Is it a network printer? (printer with its own ip address) or is it a printer attached to a computer?

Hi,
A few checks. Ensure that the printer is turned on. telnet to the printer ip on port 515 (telnet <ipaddress> 515) This is to establish if the ports are open to transfer data from SAP to the printer. What is the access method that you are using?. I suggest the 'U' method. Specify the ip address of the printer in the 'host printer' field and the 'Destination host' field. Check the option 'Do not query host spooler for output status'. Click on the 'check connection' icon (Ctrl+f4) to see if you are able to communicate to the printer.

Hi,
Sorry, was not able to view the screenshot of your SPAD config earlier. LP01 is a standard printer delivered by SAP. Though its a dummy printer, it should not be edited or deleted. This printer is used in SAP job steps where there is no printer defined. Editing and deleting LP01 is not advised.
