Hi,

We have not activated the Batch where used settings.

Now we have activated those settings for all plants.

When we are trying to update the chvw table with MB57, system is not updating the chvw table for z movement types.

Can you please through some light on the mistake we are doing while updating.

Regards

Ravi

MB56/MB57 is the search transaction for Batch management, if you have used the batches with Zmovement it should get reflected in the search provided Z movement type should be configured with Batch transactions.

Hi,

MB57 is not a search transaction for batch management.

As mentioned above CHVW table doesnot contain any values/lines till now.

Now We have activated the Batch where used list in configuration and I am trying to update all the old data in CHVW table.

If I update the CHVW table, I think I can use the batch where used list function of MB56 and BMBC.

Please correct me If I am wrong.

Thanks

Ravi

According to OSS Note 913892 - Update of table CHVW with transfer postings they do not update.

After having applied the modification from note 913892 you would need implement Note 354987 - Check and update batch where-used records

to get the transfer postings into the report.

why dont you transfer post with your z movement to a different batch and see whether it is recorded in CHVW?

Hi,

I am able to get the details of 311 but not z13 which is a copy of 311. will the above notes help me?

We are using EEC6. So Note 354987 might not be applicable in our case.

I am trying to apply the code corrections suggested in SAP Note 913892.

Will revert back with the out come.

Is there any note on process of updation? I mean I am trying to update the data year wise in the background.is it correct?

Thanks

Ravi
