Sales Office Report Monthly

Dear All

I have a requirement to extract data from MCTG (sales office report) for certain material on monthly basis,but MCTG gives me report on weekly basis, I tried with MCTE (s.org analysis) but i could not get the exact data.

I have to compare figures from SAP Sales to Budgeted Sales for which i will need monthly report for Sales Office.

Please suggest any other way.

If this is just a monthly report then maybe a simple query using VBAK/VBAP (or VBRK/VBRP, whatever is the requirement) would suffice.

Seting up a custom SIS structure for just one report seems like an overkill. Also you can actually change update from weekly to monthly on the infostructure behind the MCTG report (it'd require a data rebuild though), but I guess if someone set it up as weekly then it's for a reason.
