We'll be upgrading the hanasvr-xx systems to HANA SPS5, Revision 47 tonight, January 3, 2013, starting 9pm PST. The expected downtime will be less than two hours. New Cloudshare snapshots with updated Studio will be available at the same time.

And what about AWS cloud? when is that getting updated to SPS05?

All servers are updated to SPS5 (Revision 47) and back online. New CloudShare desktops with updated Studio and Client will be available in a few hours. CloudShare will prompt you to "Revert to latest snapshot" when you log on.

Before reverting to the latest snapshot, please backup all personal files on your remote desktop, or you will loose them!

Is there any scheduled time frame for up-gradation of HANA -  KT ucloud to SPS 05 Revision 47? Is there any upcoming scheduled downtime for the same ?

Hi Kumar,

We won't have a downtime for the KT instances, as we don't centrally manage those servers. We will make update installers (for existing instances) and updated master images (for newly created instances) available on all cloud platform within the next two weeks (if everything goes according to plan)
