Does anyone upgraded to SAPB1 8.82 PL10?

One of my customer facing the printing issue after upgraded to PL10. The printer preference auto reset back A4 format even though we fixed it into Letter/A5 format.

So currently all the preprinted form not able to print. Anyone could try and let me know what the solution??

Way to find out.

1. Go to any document, for eg. AR Invoice.

2. Click on print.

3. Click the preferences button.

4. Change th paper options to Letter.

5. Click ok and close all.

After that, repeat again the procedure, the paper format will reset to A4..

Even after you set it and print, the format is still A4.

Please help.

this is nothing to do with the report/document. is more toward the printer peference.

The reports is designed using Letter Format, but during print out, it will change to A4.

by the way, i m using Crystal report, not the PLD.

Hi Eric,

Go to Start -> Printers and Faxes -> find your system printer,

right

click and choose 'Printing Preferences', please check if the

system

printer setting is A5.

Yes. The system printer already set default to A5/Letter. but whenever print from SAPB1, click the print, go to Print Peference, the paper format it will auto change to A4.

Does anyone usign PL10 have the same issue???
