Hi Experts,

I am getting the following error while connecting sap bo 4.0 with Oracle 11g

Database error: (CS) "DBDriver failed to load : C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers\lib64\dbd_oci.dll (%1 is not a valid Win32 application.

)" . (IES 10901) (WIS 10901)

I have oracle client 64 bit installed on server. I am able to connect with database successfully from my machine through IDT (client). But whenever I export unx to CMS connection failes & get above error.

I have tried with oracle 32 bit client & also referred following posts but in vain.

Hello Vishal,

Please have a look at the KBA- "1578731 - Database error: (CS) "DBDriver failed to load : D:\SAPBusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Xi4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers\lib64\dbd_oci.dll (%1 is not a valid Win32 application.)".(IES 10901)"

It might help you resolve the issue.

Hi, why is this link now working any more??

  https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1578731

This seems most appropriate, have tried several portals (SCN, Support) but now logging in:

     Error: Document is not released

Thanks!
