PO Number Wise MIGO MIRO Delivery Cost ( MIRO) Subsequent DR/CR ( MIRO)

Dear Experts,

As per Audit requirement How can I recieve as per under mentioned...

I want to fill PO number and line Item NO....

Input ---PO NO with line Item

output ....GR MIGO NO and some details

GR MIRO NO against relevant MIGO NO....

Delivery Cost MIRO NO. againt same GR MIGO NO...

same for Subsequent DR/CR

I try with table RSEG but I not found any link between GR MIGO or any reference document  it is found seperetly againt PO number

How I link the same

Please help to solve the same...

Use Tables EKBE and EKBZ . You will get all details in same.

You can get this info in ME80FN, MB52 reports. Also same can be seen in EBBE, MSEG, BSEG,MKPF and BKPF tables.

Hi,

Use EKBE: enter PO no and line item no you will get details of MIGO No (line items with PO History category “E” and movement type “101”).

Use RSEG: Enter MIGO material document no in reference doc (LFBNR) and you will get MIRO document no against MIGO no as MIGO no is used as reference document while doing MIRO.

For PO services:

Take MIGO document no using EKBE.

Use MSEG and take reference document (LFBNR) this will be SES no.

Use RSEG: Enter SES no in reference doc (LFBNR) and you will get MIRO document no against MIGO no

but in RSEG how I find Delivery Cost MIRO becuase reference filds is blank againt delivery cost MIRO.

Use EKBZ you will delivery cost details, enter PO no and line item.

But some confussion found I create three MIGO and three Delivery Cost MIGO (BZWE) created and three ( BZRE) created ( MIRO delivery cost ) but How can I link who Bzre created with Which WE or BZWE .

Hi,

Check material doc item BUZEI & material doc BELNR.

For every line there will be unique BUZEI. Check in EKBZ.

Sir,

Please check the attached document two BZWE created and one BZRE created,How I link this BZRE created with which BZWE......1 or 2.

BZRE created against PO No. becuase we cannot create the MIRO for delivery cost agasint Delivery Note
