Hi Team,

Our BPC System is down. In MMC message server & Dispatcher were running fine in green. But we are unable to open the GUI.

We found the log

As per log we checked both the Application and database time & time zones ., both are running in the same time. But we are unable to login into sap.

Kindly help us to resolve this issue.

I Hope the issue fixed for you in time. In our scenario the time changed on HANA DB server to Old DST. This is due to ntp service went down. After starting ntp service, Issue resolved.

Hi,

Please stop both SAP services & DB services.

Make sure no SAP or DB services are running. Then try to start the DB Services & SAP Services and check whether your issue is resolved or not.

Thanks and Regards,

Seems like you need to patch your kernel
