Hi Venu

In : V_T559D

For Quota type A give the Relative Position  12 Months in ( Deduction to)

Superannuation date in ( Deduction to) section

this will be for One Year Validity

For Quota type B give the Relative Position  999 Months in ( Deduction to)

Quota will be Carry Forward to next year

also select the Superannuation date in ( Deduction to) section

Maintain the infortye 19 (monitoring of Task) sub type Superannuation date

You are using the Standard Report RPTQTA00 above are the best Configuration

for yearly quota and carry forward Quota

Infotype 41 is maintained to get the report of joining  to separation for employee

if you want to link up with infotype 41 then have to use User Exit or use PT60 Schema to generate the Absence Quota ....

Any other Information

Feel free to Revert

Thx...

Hi Venu

Yes aim referring to RPTQTA00 for both Absence Quota A and Absence Quota B

In the Development Server try to Maintain the Entries in Infotype 16 19 as Contract Element

then in the Table : V_T559D

For Quota type A give the Relative Position  12 Months in ( Deduction to)

also select the Contract Element

For Quota type B give the Relative Position  999 Months in ( Deduction to)

also select the Contract Element

Generate the Report for both the Type of Absence Quota .

let me know What you get .

Thx...
