My customer want insert initial BPs open balances detailed for single expiry of document.
In a demo system I have try to post this for one BP. I entered a journal entry with the BP doc. reference number in the Ref.2 field.
I've seen that the aging report display the reference number only if the G/L entry is create by a marketing document and not by journal entry...
How I can do? I can surely create a crystal report layout but I would like display the reference number in the report window before print it.
There is any warkaround?
I have thinked your solution, a service invoice with the opening balances G/L account as offset account.
But this invoice it's also printed in tax register book and in tax summary report...
Or you says me that i can deselect the dedicated tax code in the selection criteria?
You can choose to use a dedicated numbering serie and/or a dedicated tax code.
In the tax register book you can exclude this invoices deselectig that serie or that tax code.
You can also save this criteria so will be more easy to print the tax register book next time.
I know usualy customers don't like this kind of solutions so much, but i think is the only way for solve that problem
