MI07 - error: System status ESTO is active

Dear Experts,

On PRD server ,While doing MI07(Inventory count posting) system giving error "Message no.  BS013 - System status ESTO is active"..

Here my material is actiavted with serial no profile.and i am selecting serial no.with ESTO status while entering the count in MI04.

But when i am doing same scenario on QAT server with all above same details then there is no error at all.

So please suggest me why i am facing difference in QAT and PRD when all other details are same.

Hi,

Ideally when you post the inventory difference in MI07 for the serialized materials, the serial number status should be in 'ESTO PIAC', that means you should have entered the serial number in MI04 while counting so that the serial number status will be automatically converted from ESTO to 'ESTO PIAC'.

Please cross verify the data again and send me the screen shots if the issue is not resolved.
