Hello All
I am not able to figure out how to populate the reason on box 17a for vacation pay. The vacation amount is populating correctly. The reason is not filling out under the 17A section. It needs to be “Paid because no longer working”.
I am not sure if the XML file format requires any special description or text for Block 17A but Serviec Canada says the file will error out if without a reason code.
Also do any of you have a XML ROE file layout spec from Service Canada.
Any help will be appreciated.

In table V_596A_B under sub-application R17, is your wagetype configure into a cumulation wagetype? If not you have to create a new cumul wagetype(reason code) and assign to your vacation payout.
