Crystal Report problem in Windows 2012

We have developed our application in ASP.Net and SQL Server with Crystal Reports 10.5. The application is running smoothly up to the Windows 2008 Servers and SQL 2012. We have developed the reports using ttx.

Now we are  testing our application on the Windows 2012 server (64 Bit). While testing the same, the ASP.net part is working fine but we are facing the issues in viewing Crystal Reports. We have installed the Crystal Reports 10.5 Runtime (64 bit version) which works smoothly with the earlier Windows OS. We are getting the following different errors while viewing the Crystal Reports :

  1. This field name is not known. Error in File C:\Windows\Temp\Format3 {AAFCEB6A-A3D9-435E-BC62-972E063AA265}.rpt: Error in formula . 'formula =
cdbl({Format2.Balance}) + 1000' This field name is not known.
  2. Failed to load database information: Error in File (temp folder)\XXXXXXXXX ...
  3. 'bobj' is undefined

We have tired our best to resolve them, but not able to fix them. We request you to please help us in resolving them with Windows 2012 server.

Hello Hemal

I moved your post to the correct Space: SAP Crystal Reports, version for Visual Studio

Unfortunately, Windows 2012 is not supported with CR 10.5 The only version of SAP Crystal Reports runtime that supports Windows 12 is SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Microsoft Visual Studio
