dear friends

i have some user requirements for work clearance managment process cycle for standard model

1.UNTAG should be before closing WCA
2.Print Tag phase Should be optional (in WCD)
3.WCA can be closed , if order status is open

4.Create WCA and WCD directly from WCTK then closing the both without linking with order ==> What is the buisness impact

please need your kind comments and advises

kindly if you have any WCM manual (ssnapshots for the entire WCM standard model cycle )

This is possible. (small config change required)

4.Create WCA and WCD directly from WCTK then closing the both without linking with order ==> What is the buisness impact 

No impact on business but there will be no link with order and reference object for which you have created Application and docs.

1.UNTAG should be before closing WCA

You may set the "Criteria for the Untagging Check" in the WCM application profile to "1" (no check), this allows you to perform untagging without the standard check whether the system status UNT "Untaggable" (set on the closure of the WCA) is present on the WCD.

However, for safety reasons, you may want to include another provision to control when untagging is allowed, such as a User Status of the WCD, a permit, or an enhancement throuigh BADI.

Or, another option is to control this via Authorizations (auth object I_CONFLICT)

2.Print Tag phase Should be optional (in WCD)

If you uncheck the "Tag Requirement" and "Print format" fields on the WCD Item itself, this phase will not appear, there's no config change needed.

3.WCA can be closed, if order status is open

Do you mean "Open" as in the absence of TECO/CLSD or absence of WOCO (status EXEC)?

The former is standard.

Normally you should set WOCO on the Work Order before you close the WCA< but you may consider going for Enhanced WCM model instead.
