Salaries for a CRM consultant

What are the industry standards for the salary of a consultant with CRM + SD + BO joining as a fresher? I would be working in India (Hyderabad) in a company of size approx 2500 - 3000 employees. I would really appreciate if people could give me correct figures (approximately). I have heard that salaries in ERP depend on 1. Experience (more exp = more salary)

2. Location (eg: more salary in New York City than in Boston for same job role)

3. Size of company (bigger company = more pay).

I really need to know the salaries for this combination of skills.

Thanks.

My opinion is simple we can't tell the figure(pkg ) because its depends on the company, client, work(with skill ) and place it will differ (it will start with min 2L to 8L max i hope ).

Note* : Company requirement also will affect on pkg .

Mahesh.

Hi Srinivas,

As a fresher technical consultant you should be getting around 3 LPA whereas, if you're a functional consultant you might fetch 6 LPA and above based on qualifications.

My Profile is CRM fucntional + SD + Business Objects (BOBI 4.0). Approximately how much salary should I get as per industry standards. I have 1 year of work experience in SAP - I worked on IP (intellectual property) documentation. I worked on creating documentation for IP's created by my company. It gave me exposure to different business scenarios like Load Building, sales order processing with commissions, Trade promotion management, Bill and Hold, DOT process etc. I have basic ABAP skills like smartforms, ALV reports, basic tables and structures. I have very good communication skills. What would be the salary offered for the above skillset?

Srinivas,

Most companies will acknowledge your Work Ex but won't consider it while salary negotiations. Therefore I guess it'll be around 6-7 lpa but it again depends on the IT  company you're choosing.

Hope this helps you.
