Hi Guys,

Please can you guide me to some documentation detailing the compatibility of BODS 12.2.3.5 with SQL Server 2012.

Hi Shazin,

In SAP Business Objects 4.0 SP4 you will find the following Application Enhancements:

Web Intelligence:

• The new Purge last selected prompt values feature (See What’s New for more information)
• BEx variables with the same technical name can be merged or unmerged (See What’s New for more information)

Analysis, edition for OLAP:  

• Hierarchies and prompts are now supported for SAP HANA data sources.
• You can connect to Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services data sources

Regarding SAP Business Objects Data Services it was mentioned in the SAP BusinessObjects Data Services 4.1 Product Availability Matrix (PAM) that it was supported MS SQL Server 2012

Regarding SAP BusinessObjects Data Services XIR 3.2 SP5 (12.2.3.5):

As per the documents SAP BusinessObjects Data Services XI 3.2 SP3 Supported Platforms - Windows,

SQL Server 2012 as a Database connectivity is not supported in all SAP BusinessObjects Data Services XIR 3.2 Versions.

This document contains information specific to platforms and configurations for the SAP BusinessObjects Data Services XI 3.2 SP3 release (12.2.3.3) for Windows.
