Dear Experts,

In the minority interest calculation in the process of consolidation of financial statements, we have several Consolidation Groups (CG) according to the needs of the company. In each of these CG different companies are included according to the CG purpose in which they are located.

For example:

CG S0001: Consolidated General. Contains all companies.

CG S0002: Consolidated Panama. It contains only the companies in Panama.

CG S0003: Consolidated Financial. It contains only the companies in financial sector.

When calculating the minority interest, we are having problems because for those CG that include only some companies, the CG is taking information from companies outside the group.
It should be noted that the values that are being taken from companies that do not belong the CG, but they have shares in companies that are within the CG.

So, it's correct the way BCS is working in minority interest calculations?

Thank you in advance for your help
