Go to source system and use the Tcode BD87 and then give the idoc number, execute it and sselect the idoc number (red colour) displayed and click on process button. Return to bw system monitor screen and refresh then u will find the load either in running or success.
1. Goto BD87 or we05 and give the idoc number which will you find in the details tab of the failed load event. (Also make sure whether the idoc failed in the source system or BW system)
2. When getting into BD87 or WE05 it will prompt you for the idoc number. Give the idoc number and press the execute button. You will find the failed idoc in red. Just select the idoc node and click "Process" button in the screen. Your idoc will disappear from the present screen.
3. Goto the previous screen you will see that the idoc will be in status green.
4. Now the process chain event would have turned to yellow or green and start running.
