Now I am Displaying List of Vendor .... Please Tell Me.. What is The Use of This Button.

After Use This Button. Screen Display is Change, but Vendor List is not showing....

I am not sure what you mean by that.

as my company is a global player the SAP system is for sure installed on a server, just the GUI is local at my notebook.

the Format tab has usually the data, at least in my system.

I never saw a SAP logo in Excel until you posted the screen shot.

Is a collegue of you able to get it with data?

Hi Anand,

There are some more sheets in your excel screenshot. Please move on to the last one and check.. I believe it generated a pivot table.

Please check if the data is available in anyother sheets. First sheet is just format.

My vendor list does not show any SAP logo in Excel, I hope you are talking about transaction MKVZ

There is as well a SAP Knowledbe base article 1655839 that address the problem when Excel opens without values

This icon is used to transfer your display vendor into Excel sheet.

An excel icon is surely there to transfer the shown valuesto an Excel spread sheet and display it as such.

Precondition is that you have Excel on your PC.

if you have, then you have to change security settings for Makros like shown with screen shots in this website: http://www.finance.utoronto.ca/faq/excelsettings.htm
