Could anyone describe the different between Employment Status 2- retiree and 3-active?

Hi,

Did anyone know that the difference between Employment Status 2- retiree and Employment Status 3- active?

As I can run the payroll and the time evalution normally for the Employment Status 2 persons , the same as Employment Status 3, I am confused on them.

Hi,

As I know , the person with employment status 1-INACTIVE will not run the time evalution and running the payroll won't process IT0008.

What I want to know the difference is like that  the deeper meaning and more detailed description.

Hi Ivan,

1: Employee with company, but inactive

2: Employee with company, but as retiree

3: Employee active in company

Hi Ivan,

The basic diff. is,

Employment Status 3: Active employee, you can run regular payroll for them.

Employment Status 2: Employee is with company but as retiree,like he is eligible for PESION
