Currently I was under the impression that ERMS can parse out emails.
Here is the question being posed and I was wondering if SAP CRM ERMS can do the following from the client's expectations:
Can the above be done from ERMS?

Hi Chris, Did you get the response? Did you get solution for creation of cases in CRM after parsing email from lotus notes inbox. Can you please provide more details?

Dear Chris,
We are implementing ERMS in our project for receiving e-mails to agent groups. We are having Lotus notes as our e-mail server. E-mails also have large attachments (>10MB attachments). Did any of you experience issues with large attachments and different attachment types especially with e-mails forwarded from Lotus notes to CRM and consumed by ERMS rules engine for routing?
