Hi all,
How can I configure a pre-recorded search in agent inbox that would search among several different type of activities ?
For instance, I want one unique search to go through : complaints with a status "in progress" AND contracts with a status "to be validated".
It seems as though I can only make a quick search on one category, the main one (second row in standard view).
