Hello All,

Any Idea how to start and  SUM  (Software Update Manager)  startup file  in UNIX.

Hello

switch to sidadm

cd to the SUM directory where the files SUM files are present.

./STARTUP &

Hello Reagan

I can see I cannot start ./STARTUP from root. I should do it from sidadm.

How can I swich to sidadm from root in unix.

Login to root user and enter su - sidadm

You will be switched to sidadm

Example

root# su - abcadm

abcadm>
