MSS Attendance Overview

Dear Experts,

Attendance Overview iview shows that employees at work even if the employee "not at work" , it shows employee absent only if an absence is entered in that day , i want to make it show employee absent also if there's no clock in /out entries ..can anyone help please

This Web Dynpro application provides your managers with an overview of their employeesu2019 attendance status for the current day. It enables them to obtain a quick overview of how many employees are available for work on the current day.

Now then you need to check your absence in your system, How this is treated as? In some config, Even attendance can be treated as absence in T554S config

Please also not that in SAP

standard all absences and attendances will lead to the availability

'0' (meaning not available). But maybe in your system you defined the subtype

infotype 2002 (attendances) in table T554S accordingly. In this

table there is a customizing option for the field 'Availability'; this

is also documented via F1-help accordingly.

Availability for an attendance/absence

Specifies whether an employee is still available for work activities if an attendance or absence of this type/subtype has been entered for him or her
