COPA Reports issue

Hi,

We just rolled out the SAP to different countries. When I am checking the COPA Reports through KE30, it's not showing those Co. Codes but I can see in all the Sales documents, COPA documents were created.

I tried rebuilding the summarization level in QA for testing purpose (before I do in PRD) but even in QA, the reports are not showing the data. I tried developing new report & form but still no data is being desplayed.

Can anyone please let me know how to resolve this issue? Your time and help will be really appreciated.

Check whether the Sales Organizations and company codes of the new companies are included in KE30 reports

Hi Niki, if you see the data in the tables and line items in KE24 the reports should display figures as well. Go to KE36 to check how the reports are defined.

Can you please check the data in KE24?

Also check whether the data is available in table 'CE4XXXX' , XXXX is your operating concern.

For KE30 report, sap fetch the data from CE4XXXX table. hence the data should be there in that.
