Request Processing Failed (XLS 000009)

I'm using BI Dashboards 4, BI Platform 4 and Oracle 10g , when I Add Query in the query browser,  after add nessesary dimesions then I press next at the step "Build Query",  then I got following error:

"请求处理失败。(XLS 000009)

请求处理失败。(XLS 000009) [] <com.businessobjects.dsl.commons.exception.NestedException: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver>"

I'm sure I have made the oracle driver configure correctly in the BI server and Client.

"请求处理失败" means "Request Processing Failed".

To the path variable in server machine append to the path C:\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64

Check whether you are able to run webi on unx in BIlaunchpad

Try with odbc driver by creating 2 dsns 1 32 bit and 1 64 bit dsn and both dsn should point to same database and should have exact same name.

Hi Amit,

I tried all the steps but still i am facing the same error for both oracle 11g and mysql.

The only difference is in the path as i am using: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86. Is this may be an issue? Please suggest.

Try to append the path with win64_x64.

You can first copy the existing path in notepad add a semicolon in the end and then append the line  C:\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64

If you still face the issue then try to run a webi report based on same unx in the BI launchpad,just to check if this is something with the connectivity or dsn

I tried the same, but it is not working. As i believe i do not have win64_x64 folder under SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0. This can be a reason? Please suggest.

The same unx is working fine with webi. Please suggest.

1634944 - "Request processing failed. (XLS 000009)" error message is Dashboard Design while creating QaaWS Query.
