using ALE. Therefore in my opinion you could try to use ALE to migrate data in combination with tools like: LSMW (http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-26159)

you can distribute "Recipes" using ALE. Therefore I assume (never tried) that you can use ALE to generate the data. Refer to:
