Availability check at delivery

Dear All,

my requirment is availability check should not happen at Delivery level, i have deactivated at Delivery Item category level. but while creating delivery, still system is showing no stock is available.without stock we need to create the delivery this is the requirment.after delivery creation information will go to 3PL through IDOC .hence we don't want any futher availability check should be done in Delivery Level for ECC system.

You should be aware that by using KP as the checking group, the system will also not execute an availability check at sales order or anywhere else this material is used. If you want the system to only not check availability at delivery creation, then the checking group in the material master is not the way.

At the time of creating delivery, if stock is not there, system will not allow you to create delivery and hope you are aware of this standard functionality.

i know this standard functionality, but my requirement is like this, we don't want to maintain any stocks for a particular type of materials and we need to create delivery as well.How to block this standard functionalities ..i mean system shouldn't check it irrespective of any stock availability delivery should be create.

Assign the field Availability check in Sales:General/plant view of the material master with value KP-no check and then create new documents and test again.

after changed it to KP- No check it worked fine.
