Occupational Health - How to restrict a field that was created using EEW for external persons

Dear Experts

I have created a new field for external persons using EEW (Easy Enhancement Workbench). The field was sucessfully created, however, it has added it to all the BP Roles.

I want to restrict this to just one BP Role.

Please advise on the steps that I need to follow to be able to achieve this, if possible.

Hi Nash,

There is no standard method available to restrict the field at BP role level.

you can exclude the person role, in object types.

for ex - The role "First-Aider", you would like to exclude to the object "Work Area". this will be possible.

Path  SPRO > Environment, Health & Safety > Occupational Health > Injury/ Illness log > Basic Settings > Specify Roles for persons.

My suggestion would be - check any option in EEW, (consider one role) while creting the field. the role must be new one (custom). the same role can be used, as well as restricted in the objects by using the above path.
