As mentioned by kg, you should be able to find some examples on the web, but you'll probably still need to create your own in order to reflect your Country Code and your Customizing (such as Personnel Area and Personnel Sub-Area, Infotypes, Time Types, Wage Types, etc...).

If any of you worked in ECM, LSO,E-recruitment i believe that definitely you would have created or having User manual.

I am not requesting for any configuration manual

Kindly help me by providing Three ECM, LSO,E-recruitment User manuals.
