Hi - We are upgrading our entire landscape. The ERP system is going to
be upgraded from EHP4 to EHP6 and our portal from Netweaver 7.01 to
Netweaver 7.31.

Currently I am trying to upgrade the portal system from Netweaver 7.01
to Netweaver 7.31. I am in phase
UPGRADE/INSTALL_SHADOW_ENGINE/DEPLOY_ONLINE_SHD_DM where it ended up
with error as follow:

I tried uninstalling the tc~cts~appl.sda component on main instance, This did not help with resolving the issue.

I also tried installing tc~cts~appl on shadow instance, This did not solve the issue either.

Has anyone seen this error? is there a work around? I am attaching the log file for your attention.

Hi Kourosh,

ther wired thing those components are in the standard sap namespace. they are not custom components.

What is the jdk version are you migrating from ?

Kindly create a message to SAP with component BC-CTS-TLS-PLS as I guess this your system

specific error which need to be analysed further.
