Hi All,
Getting error :" Request processing failed. (XLS 000009)
Request processing failed. (XLS 000009) [] <com.businessobjects.semanticlayer.qt.QTException: Cannot execute empty query. (QTJ 00521)>"
While refreshing Dashboard reports on BI Launch pad.
Steps for troubleshooting done so far:
Restarting Dashboard, Connection servers and Data federation server. However the issue remains the same
Environmental Details:
BI 4.0 SP 04 patch5
Client tools : 4.0 SP04 patch 5
Windows server 2008
BW 7.3
Update over this issue:
Go to dashboard designer open the non working report and when you edit query for existing one we get error " Some result objects or sort objects that you selected have changed(been renamed, removed or hidden) in the universe. In the result query the objects are missing.
Kindly find the attached screen shot
There are three reports based on three bex queries and observed for two non working reports One report is working without any errors.
I observed that at the query level in BW side there were no recent changes done.
Could any one help me understand the cause of what could had have happened.
Thanks,
Sairaja

To Update.
I am able to create a new DASHBOARD report using webi and designer as well. And able to refresh the report as well.
This happens with the existing reports. Unable to refresh via designer as well for these reports.
