Peter it would be best to report this to Streamworks support - hopefully you have done this already. I assume you have checked that the appropriate modelling tool in the tool catalog is still available? And you've tried a couple of different browsers? Mozilla was usually the best with Streamworks from my experience.. IE can have issues... Any chance you have upgraded your browser version recently?
Some things to think about perhaps but again suggest you go via Streamworks support for this.
