Task list in plant maintenance

I need to take all task list operation description from the tables, how to get and what is the table name

The tables are PLKO for the Header level (PLKO-KTEXT) and PLPO for Operation level (PLPO-LTXA1)

I misread the question as Task list description instead of Operation Description in Task List.

As Mr. Sebastian mentioned, you can use PLPO for operation description.

Thank you Sebastian, I got the full details through table PLPO for general maintenance task list operation descriptions with respective groups, but in equipments, list of task list operations are there with out equipment code….

If you have assigned Equipments to operations in Task List operation tab, then you will get those details filled in PLPO table. Else you have to link PLKO & PLPO tables to get the Equipment in relation with those operations.

To ensure you don't include deleted operations in the task lists

Thanks for your reply, I already tried this table, more than ten task list operation descriptions are there for equipments, but

I am not able to move these details from tables to spreadsheet

Please check the below screen which has been taken from SE16N.

Click the Marked button, you will get Spread Sheet option. By that, you can transfer to Excel sheet.
