Personalized Coupon Campaigns

Hi,

The requirement is as below:

We will have a list of BPs for which Coupons have to be printed and sent manually through some postal service.

Please let me know on whether it is possible as per standard SAP with some few areas of Enhancement:

There would be a Coupon Campaign created with the required Target Group. It will have "mail form" attached to it with the Attribute "Coupon COde" (Number range maintaiend for the Voucher Code in SPRO).

When the Campign is run it should generate the Unique Coupon Codes and print the coupons with additional fields in it along with the Coupon Code .  These Coupon codes should get updated in the Business Partner automatically (Note: One BP can have Multiple Coupons).

Redemption: When the Customer comes for the redemption of the Coupon they would place the Coupon and once it is used then the COUPON should be marked as "USED" to make sure it is not used again.

Please help.

Hi Raj,

I also have the same requirement and i had done the Customization also.

But how can we assign unique code for each BP using Campaign?

When i release the Campaign mail is not getting Triggered.

So please let me know,how you have been full filled your Requirement.

Let's clarify that there are coupons and vouchers available in SAP CRM.

Coupon campaigns means that you've maintained one coupon code per campaign.

It can be printed, sent or whatever done with it.

The format can be: BYU2SAVE20.

Vouchers are coming from loyalty functionality. But can be used without any loyalty implemented in your project. What you have to do is to activate business function CRM_LOY_PROD Loyalty Productivity - Business Functions for SAP Customer Relationship Management - SAP Library. Then you'll be able to set relevant settings in campaign type and also generate a file or mails in campaign with vouchers. You should use attribute "personalized voucher code" (or something similar). During campaign execution the system will take a number range defined in the mentioned IMG activity (Number range for the Voucher Code) and will generate unique voucher code. It can be personalized or anonymous as far as I remember Then it will be available in the file or emails. And also there is a search view available in marketing professional role to track these vouchers.

I've done that settings, you talk about.

But I can't meet the requirement of voucher redemption in case it was used in sales order.

Could you clarify: do we have this possibility and how can I achieve this if possible.
