BODS 3.2 to BODS 4.0 (Rapid marts upgradation and system)

Hi Friends,

As we are above to upgrade BODS 3.2 to BODS 4.0. And we have Rapid marts installed in 3.2 version.

Would like to know once we upgrade BODS 4.0.how we have to migrate bods 3.2 rapid marts to BODS 4.0 Version.

1.Is it possible to replicate the existing rapid mart into BODS 4.0 environment ?

2.or we have new rapid marts 4.0 version available where we can deploy.

     If it is new version available  than we have to ignore the old rapid marts configurations and move to concentrate on  new rapid marts and BODS  system newly.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Yes you can upgrade your existing environment to 4.0.

Please note you must have the following software products installed in order to use SAP Rapid Marts packages 4.0:

SAP Data Services 4.0 support package 02 Patch 02, or above compatible versions.

Business Intelligence Platform versions 4.0 support package 02 Patch 11, or above

compatible versions.

Hi Mohammed,

It is better if you upgrade both BODS and Rapid mart.

Following are the RAPID Mart available in SAP Market Place.
