PDF account fact sheet - activities description

Hello,

When I display the PDF fact sheet into acount overview, I have the list of activities of this account.

As a first column is the transaction type.

All my configuration is done with Best Practices.

As transaction type, I have some codes, i.e. Y007, Y020...when I would like to display description as "Telephone call" , "BP Visit"...

Does anybody know how to change from codification to description?

Hi,

Are you using standard smartform?

You will need to make changes to the smartform in order to apply the changes you want.

If you would like to do a lot of changes, maybe you need to consider to generate a new smartform.
