Dear experts,
We have a rule based workflow where a change request after approved by a master data specialist, goes to next level of approval in the next step. In this scenario we need to change this workflow such a way that the master data specialist step should be automatically approved or skipped if he doesn't approve witin 1 day.
Could somebody throw some light on this. I have seen 'hours to completion' in the single value decision table. Would this be of any help in this scenario.
Thanks and regards

This answer might be a little too late and it would be great if you could share your experience.
In any case, the "Hours to complete" is only useful for notifying the current agent that they need to process the current item. You might need to build a sub-workflow for this.

Dear Goutham,
Did you ever resolve this issue? I would like to implement escalation as well and also get confused with "Hours to Completion" and how to set it up.
Thanks
Malan
