WOCR

Hi,

Using Packing profile in WOCR for auto pick Hu creation.

What setting is required to Create a Single Warehouse Order (for multiple task)  for a single Outbound delivery order? We want multiple tasks to be assigned to single Warehouse Order.

Hi,

the first thing is that all your WTs have the same activity area. The rest is the WOCR, the limits you enter there.

If all WTs come from the same activity area, there is no limit in the WOCR, and you have no settings in the pack profile (like a split when a WT is too big for the packaging material), you should get only one WO.

Hi Juergen,

Thanks for your reply.

But for a single Delivery , system triggering 2 Seperate WO in single activity Area.

I have got 2 WOCR, one for Full HU pick when  Auto Pick Hu should not trigger, another for Auto Pick HU with pack profile Assigned.

How to combine multiple WOCR to single WO.

Also, is there any Way to trigger Single WO for multiple Activity Area.

Not with standard tools... Different WOCRs always lead to individual WOs, and the Activity Area is the first "split" criteria. For bins which you want to pick in one WO, you have to define one Activity Area.

Hello Saby,

I guess you are picking from different storage types, which triggers different AA's. Join them to a higher level AA, then you possibly will get one WO.

Hi,

a higher level activity area only works for a Pick, Pack, and Pass process. This way you can send one pick HU from one activity area to the next, but you need a specfic WOCR for this.

Hi  Sabyasachi,

Did you able to resolve this issue of single WO for multiple tasks ? We have similar requirement in our project.

All,

This issue is solved .

Per Juergen's comments we kept WOCR as blank and system triggered 1WOCR /1 ODO.

System by default created WO with AA/queue and ODO. If AA and queue is same then it creates 1WO per ODO.
