Condition Record not coying into Invoice

Hi All

I have an issue in condition records getting copied into invoice.

Condition is available in sales order but not copying into invoice

pricing type is G in copy control.

In pricing analysis we found that "Condition records available but not set"

condition records are available.

also while invoice creation mode if we update the pricing then that condition record get applied into Invoice.

COndition records available for key combination whihc is at least position in access sequence.

Key combination at highest position will get copied into invoice automatically.

can you help in resolving the issue?

Hi,

Check Copy Control of sales document to outbound delivery ,outbound delivery to billing document .

Check the header details for both the cases.

Hi Abhijit,

Are you facing this problem first time? Have you tried in your quality system?

Anyway, check both VTFA & VTFL copy controls of your relevant document type and Item category and see the price type. I don't see any problem if you have "G".

BTW, you mentioned that when you click on update, you are getting prices.. In update which price type you have checked?

first, in VTFA (for your sales doc type and bill. type) look at Header - which Copying requirements routine you have there?

second, go to Item level for your Item category and look at Details -  which Copying requirements routine you have there?

third, did you try the 'C' in Pricing type ?

Yes Lakshmipathi,

I have searched on google and SDN only... almost I found only one solution i.e. change is pricing type to D... But I don't want that solution as previously it was working with pricing type G in copy control and with same pricing type condition record is applying for the highest combination in access sequence.

I am getting the issue where key combination having a field like Profit center "PRCTR"
