Hi Dev Raj,

I think the reason you could not connect was because you had the license port number in the server address. The server address should be the name of your SQL instance that SAP is installed on.

Hi Mr.Devaraj,

First, you should restart your license server and SLD in Services.

May be you can get it.

Otherwise,

Hi,

When you try to connect DTW please check the server name and license server name are correct , then try to  enable Database Authentication and give the sql user id and password then click refresh button once database list out further provide database user id and password.

If further problem persist the try by re-installing the DI setup.again cross-check the Server name.

On the machine you are running the DTW on, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf and check the server name in the b1-local-machine.xml file is correct.

Hi Rajesh

When you connect DTW  check Sql user id and Pswd and in the same way check the server name and check the Database userid and pswd . if is not connected connect to sql management studio and see whether you are able to connect or not

Hi,

Please refer below step for DTW connection with server.

Prerequisites

  • You have a local area network connection from your
workstation to the SAP Business One server.

  • You are running the Data Transfer Workbench on a
server/client platform that is supported by SAP.

To ensure you are on a supported platform, check the
    SAP Business One Supported
    Platforms Overview
    at http://www.service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700001241092005.

  • Before using Data Transfer Workbench, make sure you
    have an SAP AddOns
    license.

To set the SAP AddOns license, from the SAP Business One
Main Menu, choose Administration License License Administration , and on the Allocation tab, select the checkbox for the SAP AddOns
    license.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start All Programs SAP Business One Data Migration Data Transfer Workbench .

  2. The Logon window appears.
You can also open the Logon window by the following ways:

    • Choose the Log On button.

    • In the menu bar, choose File Log On .

  3. Specify the user code and the password of the SAP
    Business One company.

    Note Note
The user code and the password are defined in the
SAP Business One application to which you want to connect. The user code is
recorded in the database as the originator. Activity is restricted according to
the user privileges, as defined in SAP Business One. For example, if the user is
not permitted to create A/R invoices, when the user tries to import A/R
    invoices, DTW blocks the import.

    End of the note.

  4. Specify the current SAP Business One server.

    1. From the dropdown list, select the SQL server type,
      MSSQL_2005 or MSSQL_2008.

    2. To switch to another SAP Business One server, choose
      the Change Server
      button.

The SQL Server Login window appears.

    3. In the Database Server field, specify the IP address
or the machine name of your SAP Business One server.

      Note Note
If you want to import the source data to your local
      machine, enter (LOCAL) or localhost.

      End of the note.

    4. Specify the logon ID and the password to the
database server, or select the User Trusted Connection checkbox.

    5. Choose OK.

  • To get a list of the available companies, in the Logon window, choose the Refresh button.
The application connects to the SAP Business One
server and retrieves all available companies.

  • Select the desired SAP Business One company.

  • To log on to the company, choose the OK
    button.

Hope helpful
